The citation style shall strictly be in consonance with Harvard Bluebook (20th Edition). The non-compliance to the proper footnoting method shall be subject to rejection.
Each submission must be accompanied by an Abstract. The word limit for the abstract shall be 300 words.
All the submissions must be accompanied by a cover letter including the names of author; email-id; contact number, name of institution and the title of the paper. No personal information shall be mentioned in the text or the file of the manuscript.
In case of co-authorship, which is allowed up to two authors, cover letter shall contain the details of both the authors.
Contributors are requested to provide full details of phone numbers, postal address and email address.
Submissions shall be evaluated by the Editorial Board. Mere submission shall not confer any claim for publication.
The copyright of the entry to the journal will rest with the Editorial Board once the entry has been selected and author(s) of the same have been notified.
All the submissions are required to be addressed to The Editorial Board, Indian Journal of Socio-Legal and Contemporary Affairs and shall be mailed on: ijoslca.editorial@gmail.com in (.doc) / (.docx) format with the subject “Submission for IJOSLCA”.
Submission of the paper shall mean that it is an unpublished work and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
The submissions shall be acknowledged through an e-mail within 48 hours. In case of acceptance/rejection the authors shall be informed accordingly.
Upon selection of the papers, the author(s) are required to fill up ‘copyright statement’ provided in the website and email us the same.
Post-publication, the selected author(s) shall receive a certificate and a free copy of journal via post.
