According to a succinct report broadcasted by the Xinhua state news agency, Hong Kong will institute a commission to be headed by the central government in China. Adding to these Beijing will also establish a national security agency headed by the central government in executions of the law, as well as to — “collect and analyse national security intelligence”.

The report also proposed that whenever any inconsistency or disparity will appear between Hong Kong and national security legislation then in that case national security law will take measures.
