In the wake of present COVID 19 Pandemic, all court hearing, including virtual hearing and filing, shall remain suspended in National Company Law Appellate Tribunal [NCLAT] till July 3; the imposition of complete lockdown has come as a measure to contain the risk of COVID 19.

One month ago, NCLAT notified it’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for conducting virtual hearing in urgent matter from June 1, 2020; nonetheless NCLAT ruled that listing of urgent matters was nonetheless allowed by telephonically contacting the registrar.
